Thank you for shopping at Rustic Rosebud Deigns!

Current turnaround times will always be at the top of my homepage, these can change depending on season, weather, etc. I do my best to be quicker than these, but sometimes it will take the full time or slightly longer, so if you are needing something sooner, please email me first to discuss if it's possible. 

Please note: Some items are photographed, and others are mockups of designs I have to offer. Bleach spots will vary, and shirts are made to order so they will each be unique! All shirts are new, but if they require any bleaching or hand-dye processes they will be washed before being sent to you. 

Shirt Information: I use Tultex brand shirts most often, but due to nationwide shirt shortages I sometimes have to substitute other brands such as Gildan and Bella Canvas. All shirts are a Unisex fit. They are soft & comfy, and will quickly become the Tee's you reach for most!

All shirts are made in an environment free of smoke, but we are pet friendly. I do try to keep my 4-legged friends ( Peach & Hazel ) out of my work space as much as possible. :)

Cancellations & Refunds: Since all items are made to order and many are personalized, I do not accept cancellations. If there is a quality issue with your item, please message us as soon as possible so we can discuss a reasonable solution.

Shipping:  Orders over $45 ship free within the continental US. 

Blankets: Most will ship after 3-8 Business Days & In the US, blankets will ship free even if under $45.

Apparel: Most will ship within the time listed on the Home Page at the top. 

Although I do my very best to get items out quickly, delays do happen and I am a small business, thank you for being patient!

Orders are not shipped on Sundays. When your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and notice via email so you can keep track of your order. Please contact me if you have any questions!
